Chur, the location was incredible, right next to the Spanish Steps! But, the lift was tiny—you'd be doing some serious cardio if you're hauling heaps of bags. Sweet stay overall!

The lift situation was ridiculous. it only fits one person, and I had to carry my heavy luggage up several stairs. Communication with the landlord was a nightmare. He ignored all my attempts to contact him before check-out, which was incredibly frustrating.

We had an extraordinary stay at this accommodation in Rome! The location is absolutely perfect – situated right in Piazza di Spagna, just a 10-20 minute walk from the main tourist attractions. The rooms are impeccably clean, spacious enough, and tastefully decorated, offering an elegant yet comfortable atmosphere. The manager was extremely friendly and attentive, even allowing us a late check-out at no extra cost. We were 2 adults and 2 children and found 12 towels in the room. Despite the building being a historic monument, the bathroom was very spacious.

Just steps from the hotel, I found local gems like Caffe Greco for a killer espresso and Nino Ristorante for authentic Italian feasts that left me wanting seconds. Plus, the room was modern with a slick bathroom that made me feel right at home in Rome.

Now, getting up to the suite was a bit of a workout. 86 steps or a tiny lift? I managed, but less mobile folks might find it tricky. No complimentary water was a bummer too!
